So I first off want to say my daughters hair cut was very nice and cut well. I want to start off with how we were treated by another lady that works at the shop. I called and they said we could do a walk in service, so we stopped in to get her hair cut. My daughter likes a Mohawk haircut so we always use a barber style shop. We checked in on the computer system and waited quietly. We were the only ones waiting until an older gentleman walked in for a cut. At this point we have been waiting close to 30 minutes. The gentleman didn’t really know how to use the facility or how to check in. One employee was coming up to get the guy who just walked in to do him first before us. I had told her that’s not acceptable because we were here first. The employee then stated that the guy was a request client of hers. I waited for the other girl to take my daughter back and give her a hair cut. I listened to the conversation between the gentleman and employee and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman said he was visiting his family here and it was his grandchild’s birthday. He was heading back to Tucson. She didn’t know him and selected him above my daughter due to his haircut seeming “easier” I find it kind of funny that she didn’t know a thing about this man and that he was just visiting family here as he stated out of his own mouth. I think the lady’s there need to be more respectful towards women that need service too.

The stylist who cut my hair was very good and you could tell that she cared about how much you like your haircut. She did an impecible job and always checked on me to see if I liked the haircut and if I was comfortable. I don’t have any name for her but I will definitely get it so I can tell you guys. Overall she did amazing and I would recommend. I went to the one on Sawmill so this is not a review for the Emerald Parkway one

Stay away from the girl pictured. She took FOREVER to give my husband a haircut so bad it was laughable. The worst haircut I have ever seen – and she tried to mash it to the side with product to hide it before he left. He didn’t have time for her to correct it on the spot. He went back after church to have her fix it. She saw him – did not acknowledge and then took 40 minutes to mess with the guy who she is helping in the photo. He had no hair – she was just flirting and going over what she had already done. So my husband left after 45 min, so he could go back again when it was maybe less busy. When he got back the girl scoffed, but took him. She was rude the whole time. Then as he went to leave she asked him if she had a form of payment, which he said no. Not a lie – he had left his wallet in my purse on accident. but she responded “by the way – I didn’t charge you to do the beard trim you got this morning so you can go ahead and pay me for that now.” When he told her she could take it out of the tip he left for the horrible haircut he got earlier she lost it. She screamed at him his whole way out. I did not take pictures of the bad haircut because we had a lot to do and didn’t want my husband to feel so bad about people seeing him.

Friendly but my bf said rhe haircut was overpriced and had quite a few spots which were not even or straight. He wasn’t able to get in to see his normal barber so even if it was 5 stars he more than likely would not come back.

This was my first time going I took my husband to get a hair cut and his beard trimmed, of course he’s been there lots of times but I have never been, it looks really awesome inside each person gets there own recliner chair in front of a tv while your waiting. The whole set up is really cool. I would highly recommend. Although they only do men’s hair cuts I really enjoyed the experience.

All the stylists are very friendly, make good conversation, and most importantly they are good with the clippers and sheers. I enjoy the extras you can get as well such as a head, neck, and shoulder massage. Prices are great and the atmosphere is just right. I recommend them to any of the boys looking to get a fresh cut. Their wait times can fluctuate from what you may have been told but not to their fault, they can’t always expect what I client might do and how long they take. I have never gotten a bad hair cut from this Lady Jane’s. All the stylists are very friendly, make good conversation, and most importantly they are good with the clippers and sheers. I enjoy the extras you can get as well such as a head, neck, and shoulder massage. Prices are great and the atmosphere is just right. I recommend them to any of the boys looking to get a fresh cut. I told her to stop cutting my hair and I would just go to my regular barber to try and fix it.
