Long waits. Sometimes even with appointment you have to wait, and estimate time for a haircut is anywhere from 45 mins to an hour. In my opinion if you are regular and getting same haircut every time haircut shouldn’t last more than 15-20 mins.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They are open until 5pm I got there at about 4:10pm (only person in waiting room) waited until 4:36pm when the stylist came and said we close at 5 so I can’t take you. I said how I have been waiting for almost 30min. She scoffed and said I have to clean my station and walked away, so I left the store.

Very bad costumer service. You make an appointment and then you have to wait half hour minimum and then they need at least 45 min. to finish your haircut. Elina was especially unprofessional!
