We’ve been looking for a good salon to take my 15 year old son to. When we lived in Raleigh we used The Guys Place, but now we live in Franklinton. We have tried a few different places around the area, but with out a doubt this one was the best. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, clean, very comfortable seating area, and you check in on a computer at the front of the salon which was very fast and easy! Also price wise it’s very similar to what we use to pay very reasonable! So happy we decided to give them a try! We will absolutely be back! Thanks for everything!

Definitely a craps shoot when you go in here. Sometimes they can produce a fade exactly how you want it. Sometimes you walk out with a 22 dollar buzz cut you could have created in your bathroom with Walmart clippers. I’ve had about 6 haircuts so far. 4 have come out satisfactory, however the other 2 are the one’s I remember the most.

Of all the places you can go to get a quick and easy haircut Lady Jane’s by far my favorite place to go. The stylists are always very nice and pleasant conversationalists and it doesn’t seem like there’s ever too long a wait. It’s one of the few places you can go and actually have them use a straight razor on your neck to really get rid of all the extraneous hair that grows there, they also use a hot towel on your neck as well which feels really good. Anyway, I could not recommend it more highly.

I’ve had some amazing haircuts here and I’ve had some devastating ones. Just like any place there are good and bad. I asked for the sides buzzed and 2-3 inches off the top. Gave a photo for reference. She ends up thinning out my hair to the point of no return which I never asked for. PLEASE communicate with the person who’s in the chair. We do our best to give you instructions. Ask if you don’t understand the assignment

My sons and husband have been going here for years and today will be the final time. Appointments mean nothing and their customer service is horrible. After waiting 40 minutes the gal told my son we probably made the appointment wrong. And, once again, his haircut is horrible. Sometimes the cuts are fine but more often, they aren’t.
