After few years of trimming by my self I decided go to see professional, this was my first time in Lady Jane’s and looks like I will be back. Jessica did good job she was gentle and nice. The way how she trimmed my beard and my hair was exactly what I needed. Definitely I recommend Jessica.

I had a 2:30 appointment at this location. After arriving two minutes early. I nearly was ignored. When I was asked to be seated. The girl who is petite. Started behaving very oddly. She started flicking my hair. Then started searching through it. My hair was just a half inch over my ears. And clean. My cloths were clean as well. So I did not understand her reasoning behind it. As well she did not make me aware of why she was behaving the way that she was. In the half way through the session. I noticed how very uneven my haircut was. I pointed out the areas that were uneven. She showed no knowledge or skills, including interest. In correcting her obvious mistake. All she could do was ask me, what I think she should do. That is when I told myself. How dumb in the brain is she. Just how dumb in the brain. Do you have to be, to not know what to do! That is when I old her that I had had it. And I am done, her next question. Was, do you want me to cut the hair on your neck? I said no and walked out. I will never return to this location ever again.

I grew out my hair to where I could trim it and make it look good. I said trim the sides a little and make my hair fluffy on top. She precedes to cut all of it off on top and now I look like a 12 year old. She said she did it because she didn’t like the look and thought making me look like a 5th grader was a better idea. Now I have to wait five months until it grows back and won’t be able to get laid until it does. I can’t express how much pain I’m in. It looks like my mom gave me the haircut. My depression before getting this cut was a 8/10. Now it’s a 20/10. Please let me know if there is a product that makes your hair grow faster.

Took 3 hours . They burned my eyebrow so bad it was scared for 2 months and bleed for weeks . Was a decent haircut but front lineup was uneven . Eyebrow was brunt and just swollen and bloody for weeks . Manager didn’t even offer refund or nothing . Very surprised. 3 hours for a haircut and eyebrows and just worst experience iv had . When I was growing up I used to love going to the salon the Lights music and yes pretty ladies smiling and sharing Pleasant conversation.thanks to Seattle,Starbucks and grunge personal hygiene and grooming have taken a backseat. Since covid its gotten even worse throw on a ball cap and hoodie your good to go.but I still believe in presentation and nobody knows what looks good on a man better than a pretty female which is why I chose lady Jane pretty girls taking time to better a man’s appearance and build a little self esteem making him pleasant well mannered and easy on the eyes.i wanted to share these experience with my boy who since covid has had it a little rough.now graduated, driving, working and become a man who could have benefited from this kind of experience but when we got there something was lacking and got a fabulous haircut by a fine lady who did an excellent job..I wasn’t giving her much to work with seeing how my boy was in such a mess
