Haircut was decent and I like this salon but service was poor this time. Madison, my hair stylist was in the back talking loudly on the phone when my appointment was scheduled. I was waiting 10 minutes before the other hair stylist went back and told her that I was there. She then hurried through my haircut because she had another appointment scheduled which would not have been a problem if we’d started on time. Further I was overcharged for a full service but didn’t get a shave or a face massage. I like Lady Jane’s but would not recommend Madison.

Critical: Quality, ValueI called ahead to make an appointment for my 7 year old, and they were ready when we got there. I showed the stylist a picture of the length he wanted. When he came in his hair was about 4 inches long. She said she would cut 1 inch off his hair and showed me how far she would cut. After agreeing, she then proceeded to cut 3 inches off his hair instead. She also made some other mistakes, around the ear and at the side/front of his head (both sides). I would not recommend this place for a haircut and will not go here again. You do not get what you pay for. When he came in his hair was about 4 inches long. She said she would cut 1 inch off his hair and showed me how far she would cut. Abrigale did such an amazing job. She takes lots of care to make sure you leave with the confidence that you have received a 5 star haircut experience. Trust me you will be more than happy with the results. For the price there is no better deal to get this level of excellence and quality. I highly recommend her to all my friends and have been personally going to her for around a year so far.
