The only reason I gave them 2 stars is the person cutting my hair was friendly. However, she needs a lot more training before giving haircuts. She was going so fast that the clipper couldn’t keep up and was pulling my hair. I was literally clinching my teeth. The end result was also very bad, uneven, etc. I don’t understand why the rush, they still had an hour before closing. No one waiting.

First time at Lady Jane’s, and this was the first time in a LONG time where i was actually happy with a haircut and I’ve been looking for years. I came in frustrated, as i always do to any haircut place, knowing that I’m about to pay to be dissatisfied and disappointed. I sat down in the chair, and when asked what i wanted done with my hair, i said “just fix me”, and Theresa did the rest! Couldn’t be happier with the results!

Unfortunately I have to give this establishment a 1. I wanted a fade and my hair to at-least be blended but it came out worse than when I walked in. I also felt very rushed throughout the cut. I left the establishment and looked at myself in the mirror, horrified. My hair was uneven, choppy looking and no fade in sight. I ended up going to Great Clips to salvage my hair. The Great Clips stylist looked at my hair in shock…. Do not go here.

Quality has dropped. Last time i got a haircut, i paid full price and the young girl basically pushed me out the door without any neck shave (or neck buzz, i had to go home and do it myself) or anything. She missed some hairs too. I give most barbershops two strikes, but this place was my third strike for bad haircuts. Plus they raised their prices, while dropping the quality.

Critical: QualityWent here in the past used to get a great cut. My typical barber was booked so stopped here to just get a medium fade. I left with one side faded the other side spotted and looking like a bowl cut. If you have textured or curly hair I would advise staying away.Service: Haircut

First time today! Walk in to get my head shaved and goatee trimmed up. A very pleasant young lady Sarah. She did a Great Job! Quite impressed with her attention to detail on my request for as close to skin. Feels like a razor shave! Also cleaned my goatee and neck up real nice! Also gave me some good advice for my dry scalp! Very reasonable prices to!

They give my 9 year old a great haircut. He loves the shampoo. He looks sharp when we leave. The girl that cuts my hair is awesome. She always does a great job and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Getting a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage really helps to unwind. Then a hot neck shave. Not only do i look sharp afterwards. But, i feel relaxed after a stressful day.
