Went in for a haircut, been there multiple times. One of the ladies was open so I clicked first availability. I was waiting about 5 minutes when a kid & his mother came in. They clicked first time, no appointment and first available. The kid was immediately taken back for a haircut. No ill will, but if I’m there first, I expect to be seen first

Heard good things about Lady Janes. My usual barber was busy so I decided to take a chance and go somewhere new. Had an event at 7:30. Got here at 5:15, come 6:50 and I still had a 30+ minute wait. Had to walk because I was going to be late for the event. What a colossal waste of time and I had to show up with long undone hair. Just gotta stick to what works.

I had the pleasure working with Leah today. I was so happy I called in to schedule an appointment because they were busy. Leah was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. She did an awesome job and I’m very happy with her. Her station was very clean and she made sure I walked out of there satisfied. I will definitely be returning back to see her again.

They didn’t listen to my request for my hair, and the side of my head is practically bald even though I said I didn’t want it short. They forgot to cut many strands of my hair too. They also sold me the wrong product. They sold me hair gel when I wanted curling cream. Additionally, they have terrible customer service. I went in to complain about my issues and get a refund on the product I bought, but the receptionist was invalidating my issues, telling me that I was wrong even though the company website said otherwise. Some 20 to 30 haircuts later, I have been proven totally right in that initial judgement. I have had only one subpar result and I lived; it wasn’t the end of the worldI have developed a real preference to Lindsey and Hollie, whom always make sure everything is groomed. They always address the neck hair, eyebrows, ears, then they shampoo and double check the cut. Some 20 to 30 haircuts later, I have been proven totally right in that initial judgement. I have had only one subpar result and I lived; it wasn’t the end of the world

I have been going to Lady Janes consistently for almost a year, and that is because Marina always gives me the best haircut, lineup, and service while she works. She puts a lot more effort into my haircut than I was used to in the past from other places. I really reccomend Marina to anyone, just make sure you make an appointment!
