WOW!!! Today was so awful that I will never go back and I have been taking both my boys here to get haircuts for years. There were two new women there today that I haven’t seen before. Usually it is Brittany who has always been great. I made an appointment prior to arriving and I was sitting there for 20 minutes with a restless kid before I got tired of waiting and left. This was NOT a walk in appointment but a prescheduled one! I can only assume that the women working there today did not actually put my name into the system when I called previously to make the appointment or they were terrible at managing time and had decided to take a walk in right before my son’s scheduled visit. There were no apologies and no attempt to tell me the time frame they were working in or when they would be ready to start. It was a complete waste of 40 minutes including the time it took to drive there and drive back home. I understand “busy” but 20+ minutes for a SCHEDULED appointment and no attempt to tell me how much longer or to reschedule me?! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes during any busy Saturday. This place will lose all their customers if the women there continue to operate like this. Management needs to ensure that staff there PRIORITIZE THEIR SCHEDULED CUSTOMERS OVER WALK INS!!!! Schedule at your own risk people, My kids are getting best cuts going forward.

Everything seemed fine until I got home. For some odd reason the hair was falling out of my ponytail on the right side. When I let my hair down, to my dismay, the hair on the right side is 1 1/2” shorter than the right. Bummer

I have been going to this lady Jane’s for four years. I’ve had to have three different hairstylist because all the ones I use have quit. I went in there today to get a new stylist and the lady extremely rude nasty horrible person was more concerned about her lunch and she was about scheduling me a an appointment for tomorrow and I was not taking no more than five minutes of her time so I just told her to kiss off and I left the building I will never return there again and I do not recommend this rude horrible place.
