So, we had an appointment and when we get there the place was closed. Turns out the folks scheduled to work are sick and couldn’t come in. So the big boss Shey comes in. She was great! She gave both my sons a great cut and gave me some tips to help with there hair. She also made a point to tell me son how great and wonderful his hair and the texture of hair is (they are mixed) this isn’t her normal spot and it was her day off. She gets 20 stars today!

Stephanie is amazing. She is kind and talented. I made a huge mistake and went with shoulder length hair to Supercuts, and well ended up with the hair that you see below in the red shirt. Its not anything like I asked for. I just asked for my usual shorter in the back longer in the front and ended up with a pixie. (and not a good one) I was devastated. I came home with a shirt on my head and was so nervous to show my husband what had happened. He has been seeing Stephanie at Lady Janes for years now. He immediately messaged her and showed her what had happened. He asked if she could help. Of course being the amazing person she is, she agreed to help. I went a couple days later and had her look at it. It was a disaster. But with her eye and doing what she could with what was left of my hair, produced a miracle. Taking the time to thin out my EXTREMELY thick hair made all the difference too. Its laying much better and ACTUALLY looks like a hair cut. While I was not planning to have this style at all I am so grateful to her and everyone at the salon that tried to reassure me and pump me back up. Its hard to find genuinely good people and that is exactly what you get here. 10/10 would highly recommend. Please go see her, you wont be disappointed. Thank you again for making me feel good again and bringing back my confidence. <3

This was a surprisingly great place, it’s $12 for a haircut, and while idk if that’s the permanent price it was fantastic! The stylists all were friendly and there is a computer that allows u to check yourself in, along with picking who you want!

I’ve been going here every 2 weeks for the last 6 months or so. I have booked with Stephanie Wells every time. She is very flexible and is always willing to do extra services. I cannot suggest the scalp massage enough. Very relaxing and well worth the money. She’s always willing to answer questions about styling and/or hair care, Highly suggest Stephanie if you’re looking for a new stylist.

Had an 11:30 appointment and sat there til about noon. Before I finally left. What’s the point of an appointment if i am early, and I sit there. It’s a haircut not a doctor visit. What upset me the most is she didn’t tell me it was going to be that long of a wait. May never go back there.
