OMGOODNESS!!! Thank goodness they were open late. I take haircuts seriously… forget NBA think FIFA!! JORDAN took care of us and I was pleasantly surprised. The vibe is very mellow. The atmosphere is like a grungy guy with a college degree; confident not arrogant. My son is multi ethnic. It’s essential that his stylist has diversified skills. I can not express enough how glad I was to find Lady Jane’s. The phone showed 90% of barbers near us closed or they did not answer the phone. This was my first time here. Usually my son is cut by my brother in Lakewood. I’m happy to have found someone local.

Just went there today I would highly recommend going there, I got my haircut by Arielle S , She did a wonderfully amazing job and took her time and gave me my favorite haircut I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about making you look good she did the best job, Will be back very soon! Haircut

Critical: Quality1 week ago today, 11/7/21 I received a terrible, gouged up haircut. I communicated my experience to their website. Within an hour I received a text message from a senior manager to go back and the location manager would blend it as best it could be. I was also told my cut would be refunded, and I would receive my next haircut free of charge. Still NO Refund or further communication from Lady Jane’s! I have been a customer about 2 years as has my son Inlaw, and several friends. Within an hour I received a text message from a senior manager to go back and the location manager would blend it as best it could be. I was also told my cut would be refunded, and I would receive my next haircut free of charge. Still NO Refund or further communication from Lady Jane’s! The new manager, Jordan B. handles a variety of clients very well! She waxed my eyebrows while my fiancé was getting his hair cut. We always recommend this store to those looking for a good haircut.
