I stopped in with my 10 year old nephew because he needed a haircut and it was on our way home. It was the absolute best choice that I could have made. I sat down away from the service area and never once worried. He came to check with me after the cut to make sure that I was happy and for the first time in over a year I was indeed happy with what his hair looked like! Worst experience ever…..one thing I asked not to do (cut the top) out of nowhere starts getting cut and is again to short for style wanted and to top it off next day I noticed a lump on the back of my neck which over the next week and a half landed me in the ER getting lanced to drain the infection that was growing now almost two weeks later antibiotics finally did there part and actually healed…..most expensive haircut I have ever had and wrong one at that!!!!!!

Jess has been cutting my hair for quite a while. I am verrrrry particular about my haircuts and went through about 10 different stylists before meeting Jess. Not knowing what you are going to get when you go in for a haircut is a terrible feeling. That being said, I have never left Jess’ chair with anything but a perfect cut.
