Terrible. I forget the name of the woman that cut my hair but it was apparent that only a few cuts in she had no idea what she was doing. She became increasingly nervous during the rest of the haircut I could have done this at home. I would not let her touch my hairline, and had to go home to give myself one. Never coming here again. If you have curly or black hair don’t go at all. I would have been better off with uncut hair.

They will charge you for a haircut and wash, even if you only ask for a haircut. They don’t even mention that it’s included in the price so they are effectively stealing money from the patrons by charging for a service that was not asked for and not mentioned by the stylists. Never going back there again.

I was in this facility for a haircut on Saturday. The girl that cut my hair needs to start listening to customers when they tell them how they wanted it cut. I was told she is a professional and she knows what i want. For what i received for $32 is a disgrace. I did return for a second time to have her try to fix my hair well i will give her credit for she was prompted in trying to fix it , however she did not do what i asked. I am all about first impressions and needless to say i will not be returning.
