Been a long time customer of lady Jane’s and the hair stylists are great. For the last three times they have been delaying my appointment by 30-40 min and when I asked the reason the 3rd time they said we had some delays with previous appointments. If you know there are delays a small text or a call would have been nice so I can plan better. Appointments are scheduled to have everyones time respected. Guess not in this branch. Disappointed. Never going back.

Wanting today with my 4sons for haircuts. After waiting 40 minutes for the first cut, was told there would be a long wait for the others. Also after seeing my son upset after his haircut decided to leave. The ears are uneven as well as the back. Called after and was treated very poorly by what seemed to be the new girl as she had to ask the manager for any information I asked for. Could hear her talking super annoyed at me even asking questions. Eventually got a number to call corporate as the they could not do anything themselves. Waiting to hear back from corporate, not holding my breath.

First time visit and last. Walked in and computer checked in. Wasn’t acknowledged for 35 minutes even though I was seen on at least three different occasions. No hello, no we will be with you shortly. Nothing. Told stylist to use number two and fade it on sides and the back for my 10 year old. There is NO fade. Also, my exact words were “he wants the top or bangs to still be long because he wants it to lay fluffy on his forehead like a lot of younger kids are doing.” Well she completely hacked the top and bangs so there is zero “fluffiness”. So unfortunately had to deal with a crying 10 year old upon entering our vehicle. Win some, lose some. Won’t be coming back with my other children.
