Haircut was decent however she went to shave the back of my neck and used the straight razor like it was a power tool. She couldn’t have shaved the back of my neck harder or used more force. My neck ended up having really bad razor burn with bumps all over that hurt. I woulda thought it was common sense to let the blade do the work instead of using so much force. Will not be going back there.

Very similar to the other locations. I have been going to at least of the locations for about 2 years now and can honestly say I have never had a bad haircut there. Only thing keeping them from five star is the prearranged menu of options with no prices. I would like a little more ability to select certain features from across and combine them.
