Had an apt for 11:30 didn’t get to me till 12:00. Lady rushed the whole time botched the top of my head it’s completely uneven and even shaved into the top back portion of my head. One side looks great as seen below the other side is completely botched. The back of my neck is also fried from her rushing with a handheld electric razor. She was super unprofessional swearing all the time and stopping the haircut to show the other stylists something on her phone. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Was antisocial and even talked about living in a shelter at one point for sympathy.

I haven’t had my hair cut in like 5 months I was way past due. I also normally go to my barber and don’t have women cut my hair but I recently moved and my barber is on the other side of town so I thought id try this place out its close to where I live. Jessica or Jess as she prefers to be called cut my hair and did a great job! It was actually too good of a job because I was getting way too much attention at work today. I have never had a better haircut and experience than when I started going to Lady Janes in Kentwood a few months ago. Their staff is extremely friendly and professional, not to mention extremely good at what they do….giving an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HAIRCUT!!! My stylist,Rachaele,is absolutely exceptional at what she does. She not only gives an amazing and perfect haircut,she also gives off a great personality, an extremely personable demeanor,and always makes sure I am pleased with my haircut. I highly recommend Lady Janes in Kentwood for a 1st class haircut experience…you will be extremely glad you did…..5 STARS!!!!!!!!

Have been here before with good service until tonight. Lady had her kid and and chased me out of the store an hour before they close told me I should have planned ahead. I work a full time job and serve in the guard. I just needed a quick trim and she was rude. She was blonde if that helps she would have gotten a respectable tip as well but im.not ccoming here again. Critical: ProfessionalismWent in for a haircut and beard trim, I was asked if I had an appointment which I said “I did not”, they informed me that it “would be a half an hour wait to the next time slot (4pm) was open”, I said “that was absolutely fine” and checked in at their kiosk. Two other men walked in who also had appointments at 4pm and seeing as they could have made their appointments earlier in the day I was perfect fine with them going before me. At that point a third gentlemen had walked in and he was asked to go before me, he kindly explained that he had “just made his appointment less that ten minutes ago and there was no way he was before me”, the stylist had said “well you made an appointment online so you go first”, I said it was no problem that he went before me and I quietly exited the building.
