I switched to this place after going to great clips for many years. I’m very picky about who cuts my hair. Since day one of walking in I trusted Heather, and have never went back to great clips. I like the convince of being able to set an appointment. My stylist is Heather and has been nothing but professional since the first day I walked in. Very friendly and does an excellent job. Goes above and beyond evetime I’m in the shop. She is always friendly to my kids when they are with me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to go when needing a haircut. Don’t Need much explanation on what todo when you walk in. There’s a computer that says CHECK IN.

Manager always has piss poor attitude when you come in with three people to get their hair cuts at 4 pm when store closes at 6. On a Saturday just so they can hurry up to get out of there used to come to lady Jane’s all the time when Courtney was a manager but services and everything is gone and have bad exp anytime that new manager is in store.

I inquired why and see replied his was a quick cut and it would not be long. I made an appointment because I had other things to do afterwards and didn’t want to wait.
