I had an appointment for 4:15 today. After sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes, I decided to see if they could take me 15 minutes early. I walked in to a completely deserted business. The lady walked out from the back room, took my name, and said I was early, and to have a seat. Then walked back to there little break room. After 7 minutes, I left. If Lady Jane’s doesn’t want to cut hair, they got there wish.

Showed up for a walk in appointment, place was empty. Took ten minutes for the ladies to come out of the break room and start cutting. Hair stylist didn’t seem to concerned with what I would like. Haircut turned out decent but not very happy with the beard trim. Won’t be going to lady Jane’s again.

I have been here a few times some visits better than others. But overall have been good. But today I scheduled an apt for 430. I was running late. I showed up 435. I checked in. They showed 3 ladies that were cutting hair in the computer when I looked back. 1 was cutting one was talking and one was watching. The one that was talking I thought was waiting for me to get checked in for my appointment but then she decided to take a walk in, sign him in and then continue to cut his hair. Meanwhile I was now sitting there at 5:00 waiting for my 4:30 appointment it was really disappointing considering I called to make sure the appointment time was open and I was getting my haircut right before my daddy-daughter dance. I made an appointment for 7:00pm, which they told me was the only open for an appointment. I left and came back at 6:55pm and the store was closed. I knocked on the door to see someone yelling at me from the back saying they weren’t taking any more customers and then slamming the door FYI this was a Thursday and they close at 8:00 p.m.
