I’m really disappointed because I always bring my six year old son here & his hair always turns out so nice. Today was a whole different experience. I didn’t mention this while I was there because I am not going to cause a scene in front of my child. It took everything in me not to walk out considering we were half way in with a haircut and the woman starts gripping up my child from under his arms to rudely pull him up in the chair. Didn’t ask me to do it or for permission to touch my child, especially that aggressively. She was constantly rolling her eyes at him when he would move and you could tell she wasn’t in a good mood. She did not smile one time, and was extremely rude. She told my son with a straight face that if he didn’t sit up straight the second time she would probably mess up his neckline & have to shave his head bald. We were honestly a little fearful and felt very disrespected. It gets worse. The woman rips off his cape at the end & flings hair all over dramatically. Then says “He’s got hair all over his back because he refused to sit up straight.” Didn’t say sorry or anything. How would hair get under his cape when it was snapped at his neck? She then walks us up front and says “would you like to leave a tip on the card.” I will not be coming here ever again.

This was my first time ever stepping foot in a lady Janes. The atmosphere was cool and we selected which ever stylist was available first. The haircut was for my son and the sign read for 22 you get hair cut,shampoo neck shave . She was done with his haircut very quickly and he never received any shampooing and was covered in hair. I had to request a wet towel to clean all the hair off of him. If you don’t get what you pay for and it was highly overpriced. Don’t feel like I would come back. Stylist did do a good job on the haircut though I will say

Always have had a great experience. The girls are all positive and leave you feeling great at the end of your visit. I always joke that haircut aside, I would love it if theyvhad a service just for the scalp and neck massage and a quick pep talk before you start your day. I saw Sabrina today and she knocked it out of the park . Great customer service skills, will definitely be back to see her. Thanks sabrina!
