Hands down, Kaye is unmatched with her cosmetology hands. From the initial consultation I was impressed. I KNEW from her professionalism and knowledge of color, length, crown health, hair grades, and extensions that I was locked in. She did everything she consulted me on which resulted that she was in her offered services. I have been back an additional 2 times since my consultation and 1st visit and she truly understands my hair needs and her “refresh” is the best. The bonus is her relationship building skills because the conversations during the service are priceless‼️

Mixed feelings about this place. My previous experience was beyond wonderful, professional, and overall satisfying. My recent experience with the stylist Kaye, did not mirror that. I booked through the site with Kaye – trim and protein treatment. Apparently somewhere on the site it says I have to have a finish style. Oversight on my part and I can own that. When Kaye called me however, her tone and words were unprofessional and rude. She rudely explained, “before I cancel you, I wanted to see if you meant to do a finish style like the system says”. She condescendingly said she doesn’t just trim or condition so asked which finish style did I want. At that point, there’s no way I’d use her service so I told her to just cancel the appointment. She obliged by saying fine and hanging up. I cannot go back there while she is employed there. Lady Hairroin however is a delight so I’d recommend this place but certainly not going to Kaye.

I enjoyed myself so much with Ms. Kaye! She made me feel very comfortable and took excellent care of my hair. We were able to bond and laugh during the appointment, which I needed to laugh. I try to be very careful about who I let do my hair and I’m so glad I went to see her today. Not only did the appointment happen by fate since she just opened it up, I know it had to be fate, because I was praying for a new stylist. We just moved to the area and I researched the stylists here and when I found the stylist I wanted, Kaye, I was able to book the appointment for the same day! I got the Luxe treatment, which consisted of my wash and go, with protein treatment and olaplex, and a very professional trim. My hair feels and looks fabulously healthy, happy, and I will definitely be back next week to see Ms. Kaye at Lady Hairoin! 10 STARS ACROOS THE BOARD!

My silk press was still in tack from one holiday (Thanksgiving) to the next (Christmas). Now, I wouldn’t recommend going a month in between a wash but my hair was still swinging so I didn’t want to mess that up. Don’t judge me, lol.

During my initial consultation Kaye took her time and went through my entire head looking at my ends and scalp. She gave precise instructions of what treatments I needed and what she suggested. I was locked in at that point. My appointment was scheduled for the very next day. Kay was professional and knowledgeable about the needs of my hair. She punctual and never has you just sitting. I love it that she doesn’t overbook. My silk press lasts at least 3 weeks tops. I can’t imagine going to another stylist at this point. Super happy with my service I’ve received.
