I don’t even know where to start… the shop is beautiful but besides that omg… I went in for a new set, wanted a pretty yellow and my nail tech made it seem so difficult to do. I had to switch the color at least 3 times and just settle for black because who can mess up doing black? Well my nail tech did lol. I will NEVER return here again, if ur looking for a good nail place go to rose nails across the street! They do an amazing job and give u EXACTLY WHAT U WANT. I hate my nails and my toes weren’t done the way I wanted .

Acrylics and gel are great but the lady who did my nails burned and cut me multiple times. I told her it burned and she said sorry but did nothing to make it better. My pedicure however is terrible. base gel was good but the rest is awful and nobody can convince me its not. first she knew that it was tickling my feet when she did it and I was just like trying to stop laughing so she did even lighter so it would tickle more. then I asked for three studs and she said OK and then she asked if I wanted a diamond crystal heart and I said yes because it’s Valentine’s Day and then I looked down and it was an ugly red heart that said xo with nail polish. she laughed like she knew it was ugly and said it was a joke but then continue to cure it and put a topcoat on.

My nail techs were nice and really did try to accommodate me. Haley and Vicki. However on my toes the lady put the polish on way too thick and it did not line up close enough to my cuticle on my big toe leaving space and bare toenail above the polish. I got a fill on my nails and the lady did a good job all the way up until it was time to polish. She was very sloppy with the polish getting it all over my cuticles. I appreciate them trying to satisfy me but they do not know what they’re doing and I will not be back. Now I have to find a new nail salon to do a polish change after I paid for my nails to be done with you. Very unsatisfied.

The place is very nice, but the service very poor. I asked for a full set, I asked for short and round nails, they didn’t look like that at all. When I told her please more shorts and rounded, she started talking in her language and she was so rude with me. I didn’t like how my nails looked but I let it go because I wanted to ended. Then for my pedicure, I asked really short nails, and of course again.she did what she wanted. I won’t come back anymore.

I love coming here because I never get disappointed! I always book my nails with Traci who does nice designs and if I get a pedicure I goto Truly. They both are great! Terrible. 2 nails broke off the day after they were done. Acrylics are super thin. Pedicure was double the price that I normally pay and the polish is already chipping off. Not worth the price, and they were unable to fit me in to fix the broken nails. Go to bright star nails across the street, they are amazing!
