I recently went and the service was TERRIBLE. My tech was really rude with me barely spoke and she was rough with my feet. My toes really hurt now and I think I have an infection from their dirty tools. If you want a pleasant self care experience I would not chose this place. Pedicure

I called ahead and was told there was no wait. We got there twenty minutes later and there was no real wait. My mother is disabled and my daughter was six so we were kind Of a handful. No one was bothered. They were super patient and my daughter had the time of her life.

Bu did my nails and he did a phenomenal job on both my toes and fingernails. I got a full acrylic set with 10 colors and he did such a great job at making all the nails look even and the lines to look crisp. At the beginning of my service I mentioned I had small cuts on my thumbs and Bu was extra gentle around those areas throughout the entire time. 10/10 service today!!

Nails break with in the first 3 days. I gave this place 3 different tries. Twice for dip nails, once for gel nails. They also do not listen to what you want. If you break a nail and want it fixed? Better settle for uneven nails!

I will never go to this place again, in the history of me getting nails done this was the absolute worst place I’ve been my nails looked like a 9 year old did the job. They did agree to do my nails over, their prices or not worth the service at all, I went back on a Sunday and a nice lady named Jessica did a really good job fixing my nails she stated that she’s only there on Sundays so if I ever go back there it would definitely be on Sunday to let Jessica. do my nails, nobody else

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI came here to get my acrylics removed and I am so unhappy with how it was done. At this salon, they just used another acrylic nail to slide between my real and fake nail & ripped my acrylics off. Then I was told to wash my hands, and that was it. I paid $12 to get my nails ripped off. On top of that, they didn’t even remove the glue. When I got this done at Clayton Nail Spa, they shaved down my acrylics, soaked my nails in acetone in a heating mitt, then gently removed & were only ripped off if absolutely necessary. Then, I got nice a cuticle oil and clear polish on. If you need any type of acrylic or gel removal, go to Clayton’s Nail Spa instead. They don’t damage your nails and give you better customer service.I came here to get my acrylics removed and I am so unhappy with how it was done. They did a GREAT job on my pedicure. Best I’ve had in St Louis. Everyone was polite, even thought I brought my rambunctious child and we were there close to closing. Subtracting one star for the sloppy manicure. Will try again and update

Too interested in getting people out as fast as possible to do a decent job. They’re also constantly pushing for additional sales. Their prices are higher than most anyway.
