I went here for a french manicure with regular nail polish and my technician’s name was Mary. She shaped my nails very quickly, and they turned out quite lopsided and irregular. She missed spots on the edges and at the tip of the nail with the white polish – some of them I pointed out when she asked how it was, some I didn’t spot until later. When she used the brush to make the curve at the bottom of the tip – where it meets the skin color – those were lopsided, as well. Some of the tips are so thick if looks bad. Also, she didn’t do any other base color, at all, which is standard with a french – she just did the tips and then a clear coat, no nude base coat. Honestly, I’m really disappointed with how they turned out. The whole appointment felt rushed and half-hearted.

This used to be my go to nail salon for 3ish years but it’s been the absolute worse over the past few months. There is a whole bunch of new faces every time I go who seem to use tools and techniques of their own. The services are beyond awful. My nails are never shaped well nor they do match (see pic below), cuticles are almost always over trimmed leaving me bleeding and the actual gel/powder service is trash. Oh and not sure why a deluxe pedicure was done in 15 mins….I keep trying to give this place another chance but will not be wasting my money anymore. Just don’t go here. This place needs to hire better talent and have better customer service.

While the location is great and the staff is friendly, i’ve had two different terrible technicians. I wanted to give them another chance, but the disappointment (and regret) was worse. Both techs rushed through the work – when removing the gel, rather than waiting for the acetone to do its job, they went ahead and destroyed my nails with their tools. Picture for reference. When I asked if there was a different way, I was told “no”. The final result was sloppy, nails not evenly shaped and expensive for the quality of work. I would avoid this spot, it will take months for my nails to heal.

The nail tech that I used to see is no longer here. I’ve gone without an appointment the past two times, two different techs and each time it looks like i did them myself. It matters which tech you get. This location lacks talent, haven’t been to everyone but consistency is needed. The look and feel of the location gets a 4 star.
