I LOVE Rachelle! I met her years ago while she was in Beauty college and I was getting my hair done. Her Passion and Expertise in hair color is the Bomb!! Coolest people you’ll ever meet and the things they can do to your hair makes Vincent Van Gogh look like an ameture with crayons! So if you’re looking for some color, a cut or a shave you not going to find anything that parallels what they can do for you.
