We’re so thankful for Ladibugs and Izzy who treated our family of 5! They were able to get us in quickly and worked thoroughly to make sure we were all clear. Being the week before Christmas, we didn’t have time to try at home treatments (although after experiencing how quickly this worked in their clinic, I’m glad we left it up to a professional) and are so thankful for a treatment that works so quickly and has a 100% success rate. We left with such a peace of mind. Izzy was great with our three boys, having games and things for them to play with while they waited. This was our first experience with lice and we learned a lot from her about what to look for her how to make sure our house was clean after this process. We would definitely recommend Ladibugs!

Went in this morning and my 8yr old was not having it. The lady was so nice and patient. Checked the other two kids hair while I was dealing with the 8yr old. Finally got him to calm down enough to get checked out and we got a treatment done and bought some kits to do at home. Going to make sure these pesky bugs never come back!

The team at Ladibugs was so helpful during a stressful time. My son and I both received their freezing treatment and a follow up recheck to verify we were “in the clear”. As being a single father of 3 kids I was hoping store remedies would get rid of lice, but it didn’t. Called around and Ladibug responded much sooner than other lice facilities. I was able to get in right away. A lovely lady named Haley treated my kids. She educated me on simple but effective aways to remove lice from my place and eliminated all the lice from my children with their treatment. 5 days later at my post checkup I was greeted with a smile and reinsured of lice being gone. This facility is polite, kind, friendly and great with kids. If my kids ever get lice again from daycare, I’m definitely come back this place without a doubt!

I reached out to Ladibug and was contacted right away and was about to get an appointment within 24 hours! I had gotten infested due to having interaction with a younger family member getting it from school. I used Ladibug elimination kit to treat my hair. I have super long hair ( mid to lower back length) and had to do two back to back treatments at home. You can pick these kits up at Target, Great clips or even AMAZON and including on-site! After the first treatment i did at home I contacted Ladibug. They were super quick to respond and help me. They give super helpful tips on how to eliminate lice on furniture and clothes and how to help stop the spread on commonly used items such as hairbrushes and ponytails etc. When going to the location it’s very clean and welcoming. The staff was super kind and made you feel like a valued person. At no time during my appointment did I feel uncomfortable or Icky as most people make you feel when you talk about lice. Fortunately due to the amazing tips and one more at home treatment I had gotten rid of the bugs! I still went in for a head check for some reinsurance that it was gone and the nightmare over. The staff walked me through the steps and technology behind getting rid of the lice and gave me an overview of the products they offer to help at home. I highly recommend visiting this location!

The team at Ladibugs was fabulous! Our daughter came home with lice from school and I was very nervous about how to handle it. I called and they got us in right away. They checked our whole family and then treated our daughter. The treatment was fast and they made what could have been a scary experience a lot of fun. No one WANTS to deal with lice, but the team at Ladibugs took the fear and difficulty out of it and helped us through. Would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with the unwanted critters!
