I would highly recommend this salon. Wende the owner is very welcoming and kind. This was my first time going to Lada. I had long hair and didn’t know what to do with it. Jim was my stylist. He is very likable and professional. He took his time with the consult-he gave me ideas on what to change and fortunately I listened to him. I absolutely love my hair.

The distance from my wedding venue (from Downtown Lawrence all the way to the West) did not stop me because they had great service. Wende took all of my questions when I booked my appointment. Her hair and make-up stylist, Ashley, executed my look very nicely; I made clear what I wanted (a look that reminded me of my tropical roots that fit well with the summer), and then she added her recommendations to stunning, beautiful effect. The effect was gorgeous on both the make-up trial and the day of. My only gripe was that when she gets carried away, we take so long on the chair, but I also enjoy her company very much and learn a lot from her. Thank you ladies!

Very professional, helpful and friendly. I haven’t had their services, but I called in and received exceptional customer service over the phone. And once I arrived to purchase some dry shampoo, the customer service was still absolutely exceptional. All their products, I highly recommend.
