Hi folk this place is a rip off they wanted to charge me for a gel manicur even tho they did a regular manicure. Next last time they told me the parafin was 20 minutes this time they said 10 minutes. Manager Luis Ricky very unprofessional, border line disrespectful. Will not be visiting this Spa again, nor would I recommend to any one interested in a professional experience. My daughter went in for a manicure with tips, they glued the tips onto the tips of her nails and polished her nails. No acrylic adhesive was used!! When I went back 12 hours later because obviously the nails popped right off, the manager wanted us to pay for service to correct the sloppy unprofessional work they did.
