Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo very disappointed in this business. The lack of professionalism is upsetting. My 15 yr old earned her nails being done. It was supposed to be today at 12pm. We were 4 minutes late. 4 minutes. We had gitten behind slow moving traffic as sometimes happens in life. She went to door it was locked. At 1204. Locked. You can see in phto when I looked back I thought it was 7 minutes because my dtr had been waiting. But 1204 is when she messaged us saying she wouldnt see us. he knocked and stood there for 2 minutes In the meantime the business owner obviously hearing my dtr knocking messages me and says she went to lunch because we were 10 minutes late. At 1204. Thats when her message came through. Then chastises me on time management. No consideration for clients at all. If were actually 10 minutes late I could understand but 4 minutes. Didnt even come to door. Really upsetting and rude.She obviously doesnt want to own a business and make money because customer service is one of the most important parts of business.
