I get routine pedicures here with Gabby and I am Not easy on my feet as I’m very active, and her pedicures are always amazing and always last for a month plus. She is thorough, extremely nice and easy to talk to, and always helpful for scheduling appointments.

I knew of Lindsay’s work for years, but was loyal to my nail tech of 8 years. When that tech moved across the state, the first person I thought of was Lindsay and her new salon. I just had my second appointment with her and it was just as great as the last. A full 60 minutes dedicated only to you and your appointment, no double bookings or backed up appointments, a creative, educated nail tech that works with you to give you a manicure you’ll love. I’ve had this manicure done for four days and I have received compliments on all four days – even today at a doctors appointment, the staff was so distracted by my adorable design, they forgot to charge me! The staff of Lacquered Ln. is constantly working to give their clients unique designs with the latest products and care. I cannot recommend this place enough – seriously, I ran out of their business cards because people kept asking me where I get my nails done.

I had a very interesting experience here. There were some pros but more cons which is why I gave it a low mark. I personally would not recommend it. However I do realize that people have different tastes and preferences in life and perhaps this just wasn’t the right match for me. Someone else may really enjoy the environment there. The pros are that I do believe that the women that work there are kind and care about their clientele. I think that is a huge plus. The place is really cute and decorated very well. It is small but they did great with the space they had to work with. I did like their selection of nail polish and the person who did my nails did a relatively good job. Cons: If you like a massage though on your hands or on your feet I would definitely ask for that because my stepdaughter went and did not receive a foot massage. They had a dog in there and they should probably let clients know because some people are allergic to dogs! It wasn’t a problem for me but others it might be. Another thing is that a lady came in to see if she could make an appointment. She asked if they had received her message from the answering machine and no one had checked the machine as of yet. So she asked if anything was available and they said no they were completely packed that day. But that really wasn’t the case because I heard the ladies talk and there was room that day but because they didn’t have her number they were not able to schedule her and I believe one person just didn’t feel like doing one that day even though she had an opening. Therefore I felt the customer service was kind of lacking. Then there was one employee in particular that talked nonstop (and she was loud) and discussed things that I would consider inappropriate in a work setting. If you’re someone that is looking for a relaxing manicure or pedicure and she happens to be there that day, you’re not going to be able to relax for sure. But if you’re someone that likes to talk and enjoys hearing about another’s personal life then you may enjoy this place. I personally did not think it was very professional. You have to learn to take cues from your clientele. For one it’s a very small area and again not everybody wants to hear about someone’s personal issues. I understand that some people enjoy talking about these things, but they really should learn to take others into account. But it was really just one woman in particular that needs to grow more professionally in her career. In that small of a place they really need to talk to their clients in a way that doesn’t affect the entire room. I really didn’t care to hear about her divorce or the challenges of removing her facial Jewelry when I was trying to relax.

Lacquered Ln is the best nail salon. Not only is it super cute inside, it’s immaculately clean and the ladies there are very friendly, helpful and talented. The four nail techs are wonderfully artistic and they can make any vision come to life. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable especially because the quality of work is so high. Definitely choose Lacquered Ln for your next manicure or pedicure.
