Positive: Professionalism, QualityRenee takes a lot of pride in her craft and it shows. She listened to what I wanted, but also made suggestions when and where she saw fit. I am beyond impressed with how my nails turned out and it was well worth the money. The service was definitely on the pricey side, but I’m in no way complaining. I am beyond impressed with how my nails turned out and it was well worth the money. The service was definitely on the pricey side, but I’m in no way complaining. I was excited to go to this salon after seeing their web site and amazing photos on instagram. I expected them to have the type of finish I wanted based on their website but they did not. They didn’t even have the color I wanted. The design is cute but it seems like the polish they have is limited. I was charged for grinding my acrylics down. The nails are not straight or shaped well. I had a fill with one nail design for $40 at another shop in town, this shop charged $60 for the same thing.

I think I’m done going there. I had an appointment saturday and got a full set done. The paint has chipped off already (it’s gel) and one broke 2 hours after i got home and my thumbs are super bumpy now. I dont think the gel was given enough time between layers so now they are all messed up. I went online to book an appointment for tuesday to fix it but it said they were accepting bookings for today (labor day) i though cool they’re open so i booked the appointment. I got an email saying the appointment was requested for scheduling then i got another on saying they confirmed it so i went there today. The open sign was on but NOBODY was there! Why confirm appointments then?!?!? Wasn’t happy!! On top of that the last time i got my nails done there my nails were pointing soooo far up!! I told the girl (rizzo or rizzy was her name) that i didn’t like how they were pointing up and she told me it was the tips. I said but not all of them do that. I dont like the ones pointing upward. She got an attitude and told me they wont look like that when they were done. THEY DID ANYWAY!! so to say the least I’m done with them. I tried multiple times. Oh and i told them i didn’t want chrystals on my nails and the girl put them on anyway and i ended up paying 100$ for my nails last time when i didnt want to.

Great friendly staff but I think they were a bit expensive for the quality of work I had done on my nails. They’re two weeks old but the blemishes (white spots) were always there. $80 plus $10 tip… But I don’t think I’ll be back

Kiara is the best. End of story. Took me right when I got there for my appointment. I have been looking for a nail tech for some time now and I FOUND ONE. She does an exceptional job from the initial full set to the fills. I am afraid to even post this as I don’t want her 8am slots to fill up fast but she even comes in early so I can go before work. Book with Kiara. She knows her stuff and does it well! Very cute, pink, boujee lounge overall and all the women working there do great work however, Kiara is Top Dog in my eyes! (Only lady I go to as my sister recommended her to me)

HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Their tools are not sterilize. I would get little tiny cuts here and there and would still pay full price but my last experience left me in pain. I got a pedicure and the lady cut me. I eventually came back to ask for a refund. ( because frankly who pays full price for a non relaxing pedi. ) they took 20 mins to write out this “non refund” letter. Do you think anyone would want to come back here after you cut them and could give them infection? And the ladies didn’t even apologize.

On Saturday, I had an appointment scheduled at 12:05pm. On my way to Lacquer, I received a message confirming my appointment at 12:15pm. By the time I parked, I had received another notification stating my appointment was cancelled. I went into the shop to ask what was going on. I was rudely told by a nail tech she confirmed my appointment for the later time, but then saw it conflicted work her next appointment and cancelled it.
