Jenny is INCREDIBLE and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I have been to every nail salon in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Indian Land, and Lacquer Lounge is BY FAR the best.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Let me start off by saying that I had gone to this place regularly – not anymore! I’ve had a couple negative experiences but this was by far the worst. This place started off great but has gone down hill – I’ve never received such rude service at a nail place on top of terrible rushed work. The nail tech was so rough with my nails it actually hurt me! My nails were different lengths and the shaping was terrible- had to go to another nail salon to get them fixed. The nail tech was extremely rude to me throughout the entire time – I asked for simple dip manicure and I did not even get the full service!!! I still had the powder all over my fingers when I left and clumps underneath my nail. This is not a singular experience and I hope no one else has such a horrible experience like I did.

I came here on Mother’s Day and had a bad experience but figured they were just overwhelmed. Went in at 4:45 tonight and was told to come back in 30 mins even though there was only 2 customers there. We left, came back 32 minutes later. I set an alarm so we wouldn’t miss our spot. I went to pick a color and tried to read the name on the bottom of the bottle and they yelled “DO NOT TOUCH THE BOTTLES” from across the salon. I tried to explain that I was looking for a certain color and they said I would break the bottle and make a mess. I don’t know a single person who has ever shattered a nail polish bottle. But anyways. After taking longer than usual to pick a color since it’s hard to tell when you can’t touch them AT ALL we sat down. She then told us that due to us being late we can now only have a basic pedicure, no upgrades, again we came back 2 minutes after we were told. We asked if they would prefer we go somewhere else and she said “yes I am not comfortable doing your nails” so we left. I’m shocked. 2 bad experiences here and I’ve never been treated so rudely at a salon.

This is a great place. Jenny, Huy and Kim are great! They are always willing to help you, friendly. I have been coming here for over 2 years now and have never had any problems with them!! Highly recommended! Dip powder, Pedicure, Manicure
