I started LaChae when they were in Randall Park Mall, then followed them to Richmond Square Mall. I have used their foundation stick and pressed powder for years! I always get compliments. I am a Maid of Honor in a wedding on 11/12 in Vegas and would like to get lashes before I leave on 11/11. Hopefully, I can be taken care of. I’m excited!

Facts: I called to schedule 3 makeovers with the same makeup artist. One at 11am, one at 12pm and one at 1pm. They asked for a deposit of $30, saying it would apply to the makeovers. The first client arrived at 11:00AM. Makeup artist didn’t 30 minutes late. In the meantime, an employee called the makeup artist several times. The employer that called began working on her face. At this time the second client arrived. He began working on her fast also. By this time, the makeup artist arrived. 1st client washed her face and sat down for a makeover. 2nd client remained at his seat asking….How much?????

Critical: PunctualityHad a 3pm appointment signed in at 230 because I had an event to be at at 4pm was hoping to get out early was sat in the back to wait. After 3:15 I look up and see a new client in the chair after I was told I was next. so I go up front to make sure they didn’t forget about me they say they got backed up. I sit down another lady signed in and sat in the chair at 330 I waited until 355 then I cancelled my 3pm appointment and left without having received service. All I wanted was a brow tint not like I was a walk in but what’s the point in scheduling an appointment if you get faster service as a walk in? Scheduled to go back on the 22nd but seriously considering not going back because I might just end up wasting more time.
