I have been going to Lacey Nails for spa pedicures and acrylic/gel manicures for nearly a year and I have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and equally talented. Still, I have my favorites and most of the time my requests are met. I had a nail break once a few days after getting them done and it was repaired with no questions asked. My nail designs have gotten a little more intricate as the months pass, but they deliver every time. Best and most consistent nail salon I’ve ever visited.

They were kind, fun, and did an AMAZING job. My mother was taken there for her birthday, and she was so pleased with the deluxe manicure. I had a fill, and they did THE BEST ombre I’ve ever had. We will definitely be going back!!

We had a pretty bad day and it may sound weird but I really needed a win… specifically, beautiful nails.I gave them an Idea of what I wanted and I am blown away with the results. I made sure to add pictures because these are truly beautiful nails. Forgive me if I misspell the names of these wonderful ladies but I’m big on giving credit where it’s due and these ladies deserve specific mention. Sue (whey) did my nails. Paula (Powla) did the designs. And Uht (Oot) gives the Beeeeest pedicures! They are extremely busy all the time for a reason but if you want an amazing experience, this place is gold. I love how clean and attentive everyone is. I always have great service and no matter what design I fine they are always able to duplicate it.I’ve never had to wait, they always are able to get me right to a station. They also have one of the best selection of colors I have seen locally.

Critical: Quality, ValueI hate this place. Its already over priced but you also get half service. How do you get a pedicure but not remove dead skin in any of your packages. Sanding it down IS NOT effective. It takes entirely too long between pedicure and full set. I sat there for 25 minutes before they started on my hands. I have always loved this place. I refuse to go anywhere else. Every nail tech is amazing and quick. U just could not miss. But recently they hired someone new. A man with tattooed arms and he is soooo bad and the last 2 times I went, I got stuck with him. He’s slow and his designs are bad and I will flat out refuse to let him touch my nails again. It just sucks because I never had to worry about getting a “dud” before.

I am sure some have had bad experiences at Lacey Nails, not every artist is as good as others, but I have not found anyplace that matches the consistant quality of work I get from Lacey Nails. You can take a pic of anything you want and they will do it.95% of the time I leave happy and if something is bugging you, you can go back and they will fix it on the spot for free. They are worth giving a chance.
