The couple that worked here was so sweet. Very professional and I loved the fact that I was seated as soon as I came in the door. Amazing pedicure and I even got a foot massage. After hearing nightmare after nightmare about nail places around town I decided to go here and I was not disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s very clean and everything is nicely in order. There is no smell of strong chemicals and they offer natural products. The owner is very nice and cares about his customers and their hygiene and health. I will now be a loyal customer to this local nail salon!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m from Indpls. Indiana. I wanted a salon that would do as good a job as I was used to but I wanted it close by where I live. I thought I’d try this salon. I phoned them and made an appointment a couple of days prior. When I arrived I told them I had an 11oclock appt.I had to wait a good 29 minutes because another client was in the chair. I was told not to pick out my color that I could do it when I sat down. He began to work on my nails and didn’t speak. He had air pods in his ears and didn’t converse with me. He didn’t soak my nails and didn’t push cuticles back or trim them.He applied my acrylic nails and asked what color. I didn’t have a number for color so I discribed what I wanted. I paid $45 plus tip and left. When I got home, I looked at my nails closer and the polish didn’t cover my nail. It looked like it was ready for a fill. I called the next day so get it corrected and was told he didn’t see my name in his appointment book and I must have called the wrong salon. I told him the name and the location and let him know I wasn’t happy and he was the one who did it. He told me to come back tomorrow. When I returned he reapplied the color but my tips of my nails weren’t smooth and the side of the bottom of my boil wasn’t shaped. I had a pedicure (by Sarah) & was pleased with the results. It wasn’t great but it was okay. Then her husband (Jason) did my nails. I didn’t want the plastic tips, using the harsh glue. But, I did ask if he could use the gel. He explained that he would & that he would use a “form” when building up each nail so all of my nails would be the same length. He used the “forms”, so he didn’t have to use the standard tips with plastic tips with glue. This is much harsher on the nail bed. He ask if I wanted the tips to “look like natural nails or did I want them to be “bright white”! Even though I told him that I wanted the bright white tips, he used the “natural” finish. After I washed my hands, I “thought” he was going to paint them the bright white. But instead he said…oh…I like them this way” and he didn’t have the “extra time” to paint them bright white”! My complaint is, if he is just going to do what the heck he wants to; why ask the customer? Needless to say, I won’t be going back. I had used this salon over a year ago & I didn’t go back then because the wait (without any appointment) was terrible. But I thought I’d try then again; making an early morning appointment. There is ONLY two employees in this salon so they are NOT equipted with “walk-ins”!
