I am meticulous about my nails. Anthony has no business doing nails when he didn’t even paint the nail completely. He seemed like he was in a rush to no where. Maybe the ladies who work there are better but Anthony shouldn’t be at a station.

I came in today for the first time, no appointment. I was greeted as soon as I got to the desk by a very friendly lady doing a manicure. She sent me rite back to the pedicure chair’s. I was then greeted by another very nice employee. After picking my color she got me started. Her name is Christine. She was awesome, we talked a lot, she gave me great advice and a beautiful pedicure. This salon is very clean and pretty. All the employees seem to really enjoy their customers. I will definitely come back and ask for Christine!! ❤️

Please look somewhere else to go. Trust me. I set up an appointment for three people. When I entered for our appointment time, there was no one in the building besides another customer who was by themselves. The nail salon looked dirty and unwelcoming. Eventually, two people came out from the back rooms — keep in mind I had an APPOINTMENT for THREE customers. I should’ve left then. One of the staff people was okay and talkative, but she stated she had not done nails professionally in a while. The person I had working on me, Anthony, was rude and made me uncomfortable from the start of my service. While getting a pedicure, he dug into my cuticle, made it bleed, and just painted over the blood for me to realize later. It scabbed over. I picked a color from the plastic fake nail selection and the color I received was nothing like the color I asked for. I asked Anthony if I could pick another color. He made it seem like that was a huge annoyance for him. When he painted a different color, he did not take off the original which made it take hours to dry. My nails came out horribly. When I called to make the appointment, they stated they had chrome. When we were ready to put chrome on, they stated they did not have that and instead put a shiny gel on top of my dip. If I wanted gel, I would have just gotten that to start with. Anyway, the gel lasted two days and then peeled right off. The dip underneath was done horribly. I am going to have to get them redone for the events I have coming up. When Anthony was doing the gel, he painted three of my fingers and put my hand under the UV light. I spoke up to make sure he knew I wanted all five fingers painted — I have never seen someone just paint three fingers? He told me “I know I know. You just stop talking”. What?!?! I was so upset. Who tells a customer to stop talking?! After feeling uncomfortable the whole experience, that was the nail on the coffin. I made sure to get out of there as fast as possible. I did not know such a relaxing experience could be such a nightmare. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. One star.

By far the worst manicure I have ever received. Very sloppy, especially when the lady was cutting my cuticles. I asked if she could clean around the nail and she just put oil on my fingers. My nails have never been this dry, the way she cut my cuticles destroyed the skin around my nail.

He cut my cuticle on my toe (there is a scab) and even with a plain manicure, he layered the polish so thick it chipped the next day! On my middle finger, he cut the cuticle so low I now have an infection. Wish I could add pictures on this review. I LOVE This Nail Salon it’s VERY CLEAN!!! Maylee does My Mother, My Sister’s & My Nails anytime We go She does An AWESOME Job!!! I’d Recommend Her to anyone!!! I live in Bayville and Drive to Jackson to get My Nails done because the Customer Service is FABULOUS & This is The Cleanest Nail Salon I’ve ever had My Nail Done!!!
