If I could have given 6 stars, I would have. I had a really wonderful experience, and I consider myself a “discerning” customer when it comes to personal care services (I own a massage practice). This was literally the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Most of the time, I feel like I just leave a pedicure with smoother calluses. My technician got rid of ALL OF MY CALLUSES. She kept going back in to get some in the more difficult ones. You could tell she really took a lot of pride in her work. The covid protocols were outstanding. The place is impeccably clean. Everything (and I mean Everything) was wiped down in between clients. Even the ring of color cards they give you to pick your polish. Each individual card was wiped down. There must have been 50 of them. I never saw anyone sitting around. If an employee didn’t have a client they were cleaning or sweeping the floor.

The service was great! I got a pedicure from Allison and she was very professional and did a wonderful job. I’ve had my pedicure for a little over a week now and the polish hasn’t chipped once (which is rare for me LOL). Definitely coming back ! Pedicure

Beautiful salon and good customer service. However, this is probably the worst manicures & pedicures I have had. I paid an extra $10 for the long lasting polish and both times it came off after less than a week. My cuticules are a mess after 3 days.

I really liked my nail technician since I got to connect with her through our conversations but upon checking my nails after I left, she wasn’t detailed with my French tip and the top coat had bubbles. The pedicure was nice but the massage was very short. I’ve had better and longer massages at Olive Nail salon (which is down the street). What really surprised me was the $10 up charge for the French tip. It wasn’t mentioned at all but I had no idea since it was my first time getting it done. I was already charged for both services (mani & pedi) the moment I booked it so I thought it was overpriced. I get that you’re paying for the location and the luxurious space but $95 for a mani and a pedi is a bit too expensive in my opinion. I could’ve just gone to Olive for the same thing but saved $$$. It’s still a nice salon, but it’s definitely for the wealthy customers with disposable income. They also didn’t offer me any drinks like mimosas as they show in pictures. I was hoping they would.
