Critical: QualityI only gave two stars because I left with my hair done. This was a classic example of “what you want” vs “what you get”. Went in because my regular stylist was not open. I was charged $99 for braids that looked like my 7 year old niece did it. Went back and was told it is suppose to look the way it did. I will NEVER set foot let alone a toe into this place again. I was charged $99 for braids that looked like my 7 year old niece did it. Went back and was told it is suppose to look the way it did. I will NEVER set foot let alone a toe into this place again. Let me just start by saying I do not write reviews but felt it was necessary because I paid $300 for a service that was unprofessional. Very rude workers. Wen I arrived Bella the owner was arguing with a customer over the way her hair was and did not acknowledge me when I walked. everything about the service was horrible the two young ladies that was doing my hair proceeded to kept stopping they also did not do the correct size or length I asked for I will attach a picture I just got my hair done 1 week ago and it looks like this. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPEND YOUR THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY HUNGRY ASN DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS

I would just like to start do by saying that I really appreciate how she was able to adjust to my hair. I’ve suffered from slope is in the past and Bella worked very well with my damaged hair line. Bella does braid well… but you have to be specific with what you want, if you let her braid it any type of way your edges will come out, she takes a lot of breaks and you won’t leave for hours. I got my hair done not even a week ago and two of my braids have already fallen out.

I have been to bella’s chop and she always styled my hair the exact same way that i wanted i was very happy with my braids i will recommend anybody to her she’s very experienced with the ladies that she works with they all very nice and fun and they make you always want to come back to her. Bella is the best hair braider i have ever seen i have been coming to her for over 7 years and i’m always happy after i get my hair done.
