This is the BEST salon ever! I always leave looking and feeling great! The service is always amazing. These stylists go out of their way to give you an incredible experience from the time you enter until you leave. Just sitting in the most comfortable salon chairs I’ve ever sat in is an experience all in itself!! I always look forward to my next appointment at Label E because I know I will be pampered and leave as my BEST SELF!! Highly recommend!!

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. They do not value their customers’ time. I had an appointment scheduled as a first time customer for 11am. My stylist texted me minutes before my appointment as I was arriving telling me she was running behind asking me if I could come at 11:30am. I told her I needed to leave by a certain time and said I could as long as we could be done by that time. I arrived at 11:30am, was never greeted and sat waiting for another 30 minutes until 12pm. By the time I was finally greeted it was an hour after my appointment time. I had to leave because I didn’t feel confident we would be finished in time. The salon is in a nice location, pretty building and nice inside but I honor my appointment times and my time and this was not a fit for me.
