Yas did a great job on my eyelashes! Her and I had a good conversation during my appointment. I felt comfortable the whole time and she listened to me with what I wanted and answered my questions. It’s a cute place of business and well taken care. I loved the look of my eyelashes after the appointment.

I had LABB for my September wedding and WOW – beautiful doesn’t even come close to how the ladies 1. made us look but 2. made us feel. The girls that came were so kind, so professional, so personable and followed the timeline which was a big worry for me. I cannot recommend them enough!! Special shoutout to Emily who did my bridal make up and hair do and she absolutely made all of my bridal dreams come true! Ali was so easy to work work with and never at any point did I feel stressed with this aspect of planning. THANK YOU, LABB!!

I have been coming to LABB since November and I couldn’t be more impressed every time I walk through the door. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and I know I am always in good hands. Not to mention the space itself is beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Huge fan of their music selection as well. My eyelash extensions are always amazing and my lashes underneath are still extremely healthy and long even with the 5 months of continued extensions. I have also done the skin pen treatment with MediLABB and it was soo painless and super effective. My skin has never looked so amazing and glowing. Lastly, I have had them tint/wax my eyebrows and their tint held on longer than any other tint I have used before. I couldn’t recommend LABB more if I tried. Thank you for creating such a great atmosphere for your guests!

I got my first set of lash extensions done almost two years ago at the Lash Refinery and am hooked! Kaitlin is amazing!! She works very efficiently and the lashes last for a very long time! I go to school out of town and have searched for places with the quality of the Lash Refinery and have yet to find any that even compare! I love coming home over break and getting a fill by Kaitlin, 11/10 recommend!!

The space is ~sparkly~ clean and brings a sense of zen the second you walk into the door. I’ve had my eyebrows henna’d and done the microneedling & microinfusion treatments. Horrible customer service and I won’t mention names but the person (creature) who did my eyelashes needs to open her eyes to real world problems. Very unprofessional and immature staff. Cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before it. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend and will not be going back!! Ali, the owner, is inexperienced and doesn’t know how to handle conflict. She cries and is a little baby when she doesn’t know how to handle a situation out of the ordinary. I had a very difficult thing happen to me and I shared that (unfortunately) with the person who did my lashes and she told the owner she couldn’t work with me again. Not only do I have to suffer from my tragedy in life but I have been kicked out of a poorly run business because of it. Freaking appalling and ridiculous. Do not go here or support it. They don’t support you or what you have been through. Very unprofessional. Poor quality. Poor customer service.
