Husband and I had a couples massage. Was not impressed at all with my masseuse, she seemed to be in a hurry and was not conscientious of when she was moving my blanket around to get to certain areas. Almost a bit inappropriate actually. Was not relaxed at all, and she used so much oil and lotion. Salt lounge was just salt lamps and low dimmed lights with a few chairs inside. Honestly my money would’ve been better spent elsewhere. Was really disappointed with this. Also with their failed mention to tell me they added a 20% gratituy charge that’s mandatory. This was made after we booked and no one had mentioned this until we had to pay.

Spa package was supposed to be 2.25 hrs, it started 15 minutes LATE & only 100minutes not 135. Rugs throughout old&dirty pad on the massage table was lopsided from age & very uncomfortable, facial on the same lopsided table, I was in pain.

This is the worst hair cut of my life. Pictures with the purple flower on the face show how my hair was before and after. I showed her the picture of the desired cut and let her know I wanted it a bit longer because I wear my hair natural.
