I came in last week to ask about laser hair removal. I met Joy in person for a consult. I told Joy I had several chin hairs that I wanted removed. We talked about lip and chin and decided on that. She told me the removal would be permanent. When I came in today and read the consent form, it stated very clearly that this technique does not work on blond, red, grey, or white hairs. It is very obvious that all the lip and chin area is blond. When I asked Joy about it, she agreed. So… why not tell me that in the first place? She saw my face when I came in the first time. As it is, I’ve wasted an hours’ drive for nothing? Very disappointed.
