I usually go to a great clips and have really great service and am always pleased when I walk out. I just moved to Fresno and wanted to spend a little more money and go to a nicer salon and maybe see if there is a difference when it come to haircut quality. I walked in and I immediately was thrown off by the condescending attitude I got from an older gentleman I believe his name starts with an A. I told him was I wanted and he had no suggestions. Usually at a great clips I will give them an idea of what I want and they walk me through what they could do for me. I think it’s best that the stylist and the client have the same vision for the cut but he didn’t want to try and understand what I wanted and moved forward very irritated. After my cut was done there was no communication on what he was going to do next. I asked if the cut was done and ask if I could touch and feel to to make sure it’s how I wanted it, he said “well your looking at it but go ahead.” He then told me to go to the sink so he could wash my hair and so I did. I asked him if he was okay and if he was having a bad day because he seemed irritated. He was very short with me and quickly denied being upset. I walked out of the salon and was greeted by a another stylist apologizing for his behavior and gave me his number for next time. I’m hesitant to go back because of my experience but was please to get this apology from another stylist. My hair cut was fine there was nothing wrong with the cut just the service. I did not feel happy about spending $50.

I was visiting Fresno and badly needed a haircut. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Andre listened while I explained how I wanted my styled. I am very pleased with the results. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. I will return next time I am in town.

I’ve had facials and hair cuts by Jacklyn Madrigal. OH MY GOD she is a miracle worker. Highly informative, so respectful and the cutest person you will ever meet! My face has always left brighter and refreshed. My hair has thanked me copiously for her talented hands. This place is ALWAYS immaculate! Only down side is that the book up quickly so make your appts right away.

I just love my hair stylist, Steven. He always gives me an amazing cut. It takes about an hour but we have it dialed in how he cuts my hair. And he colors it too from time to time. You have to call for an appointment. They are closed Sunday and Monday.

Laid back, high quality products used, friendly staff (they’re normal, they’re to the point and they are primarily men working here. They’re not overly fake when on the phone or in person. It’s hospitality without corporate American corruption). I recommend visiting and having Andre cut or style your hair.
