First of all I kept on calling (Amy) to make an keratin hair treatment with Amy and she never answers her phone so I left voicemail with my number and why I’m calling. I thought she might be busy and would return my call latter. But she never returned my call and I tried calling again like 4-5 times. So finally I decided to go to the salon itself and make an appointment with her there. There was a button that I needed to press to make an appointment with one of the stylist. I waited for 20 mins and no one showed up. I finally went to Amy’s working room and made an appointment with her. She didn’t seem very interested. I thought she might be just having a bad day so I left with a positive note because I had heard really good things about her work. I had a family emergency and I wasn’t going to make it to my appointment so I decided to call her 2 days before my appointment. Like always she never answered her phone so I left a voicemail with reschedule message. She calling me the day I had an appointment and says where am I? I told her that I called her and left a voicemail. She said she never got my voicemail and was very rude about it. She said maybe we aren’t the right fit for you.. all I was trying to do was reschedule an appointment. I wonder if she always talks to her customers this rude. I do not recommend amy! Please save your time and money.
