When I went there initially, I like the quality. The only concern was that they were a bit aggressive in selling me their package services/products. They were so pushy that instead of me relaxing, I wasn’t able to relax or sleep. They will keep selling you until you say “yes”… For the past few times I was there recently, I noticed that the quality is not the same anymore that it is drastically different and the staffs are unprofessional and rude. As a paying customer, I do not want to experience these type of service and treatment. Very disappointing. Unfortunately, I will no longer utilizing their services due to the bad quality and unprofessionalism of their esthethicians. I hope that they can fix these issues for the sake of other customers.

The place is super clean and the environment and decoration is amazing!Rainbow is a very professional esthetician and you will need to call in at least a week in advance if you want to book with her. I get my micro needling facial with her for many years my skin got so much better. And yes, is always a better deal if you get packages lol.

Staff are very accommodating. The place is clean. I like how staff explain step by step what to expect in the course of our facials. (I usually have my husband attend as well). He was happy of the outcome!! He had started it as a gift from me from. November, followed by one session in December 30th, and we will for sure continue in 2019.
