Jessica is wonderful. She’s caring, friendly and professional. However, ever since Michael and Mary (the owners) are no longer there, the salon is Not the same. The guy who answers the phone to make appointments treats you as if he’s making you a favor by giving you an appointment. He’s very uncaring and unprofessional. I never had to wait before. Now I wait more than half an hour even with an appointment. One time he forgot to write my appointment down and then told me they were too busy. No apology, not an effort to try to accommodate me! Just indifference as if my business is not needed. I got the message loud and clear.

I went into salon for pedicure and fill. Got the pedicure, they messed up the square shape of my toenails and I now have curved toenails instead of square and i still paid $50 which was not worth it in my opinion! Then went to the table to get my fill and shellac. A fill and polish change for my already short nails should not be the same price as full set and the lady argued with me that they weren’t short they were long I told her that I shouldn’t be charged that price because I already had the nails on and I barely needed a fill. Without asking she cut my pinky nail down and when I told her I wanted to keep the length she argued so I went to talk to the guy at the front desk and he told me that was the price so I left and now can’t even wear the original nails I had because she took the polish off 1 1/2 nails and my pinky nail is now way shorter so I have no choice but to go somewhere else to have them fixed because my nails are not the same color or size because she cut it down. He told me she misunderstood so maybe if they’re going to have workers that speak no English they should be trained properly to communicate so that the customer is satisfied with the service because this is insane I should’ve at least received a discount on the services I did receive since they started on my nails and messed them up I’d like to be contacted by a manager that speaks English preferably

I came here when my usual place was packed and I was really impressed! They were also a little busy got me started by taking off my old dip powder while I waited. Everyone was nice and the service was quick. Only thing was that there’s quite a bit of powder dried on my fingers outside of the nail, but nothing I can’t wash off at home. Overall they were good and the customer service was great! I would consider coming back

The lady that was doing my feet kept falling asleep and getting up three times within five minutes because she was forgetting stuff. The acrylic nails I got are good, but extremely rushed, she shaved my cuticle with the drill instead of using a cuticle cutter and nail polish was left all over my hands. No clean up whatsoever.
