Hello, I don’t like to make negative reviews, however I have to do this one. I know that we are in a shortage of employees and I understand it but if you decide to serve a customer at least do a good job. Well, here it goes. Yesterday, the day before Mother’s Day, at the last minute I decided to fix my hands (I’m a florist and my hands were too deteriorated) I went to La Vina to get a manicure service and I think it was a mistake, when the technician began to put the tips on the nails I told her that it didn’t look straight, well I thought that when she will apply the acrylic it goes to look straight. But no that’s not happened. I felt than I paid to much money for the services I received. Oh, and the cuticles look awful any way … At the pictures my nails have less than 24 hours made.

This is the worst Nail experience I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten them done before by a young lady and they looked great but this time I settled for an older woman and this is how my nails turned out. She messed up on the shape and instead of removing the previous tip she left it on. Very unprofessional and she was extremely rude the entire time as well. Additionally, she did not do what I asked for even though the design I wanted (french tip but pink and tan instead of white) was simple. She took more than 2 HOURS to do this horrendous job and I asked for a refund or for them to be done again and she refused to give me a full refund (only half). I do NOT recommend this place they are rude and unprofessional.

One of the rudest salons I’ve ever been too. My 15 yr old daughter went in for a fill and after she told her repeatedly I do not want cofin nails (after she starting to shape the nails again as cofin) that she wanted square nails she got mad and threw her file down and told her to go somewhere else. Asked her to leave the salon, mind u she was dropped off, she was waiting outside when i got there to pick her up. Needlesss to to say I won’t ever go back there again. Learn some manors and English!!

1 star because she made me bleed and there is gel on my finger and she left me at the nail dryers for 30 minutes it only takes 10 minutes and she didn’t spray my nails or oil them I’m never coming back horrible service

I’ve been here before and my first experience was great, no issues. Younger gentleman who took his time and did a great job on my feet and toes. They are close to my home and convenient. Went again yesterday and an older gentleman who sits in the front seat to the left greeted me as normal and ask what I needed. Told me to pick a color and sit in the last seat for a pedicure. He starts and for some reason the bag in the bowl starts to come off and so the attitude begins. He starts messing with the bag and bowl and hitting my legs to move out the way. So he removes the bag request I put my feet back in the water without a bag. I tell him, I’m sorry it has no bag he’s like it’s okay. I said no it’s not please put another back he goes well if you wouldn’t have kicked it the bag wouldn’t come off. So I apologize and tell him I’ll be sure not to do it again and if he can please put another bag on the bowl. He gets so upset and completely checks out and does a terrible job on my toes and feet. He finished leaves doesn’t say a word. I proceed to check out and he follows and has the nerve to ask for a tip. I polite say no and Thank him and pay for my very bad service. He says nothing and walks away. Never will I ever give them my business. They are rated 3.8 for a reason there are so many other salons that have tremendous customer service let’s not waste our hard earn money on those who can’t appreciate it. I’m willing to travel for better service.

I went here to remove my nails, normally you would see that they would put acetone on your nails to soften the acrylic but she did not do that instead she just filed them off even after I told her she was filing my actual nails she counted. After I left my nails were red and sensitive. I got my nails removed on a Wednesday and now it is Saturday and they have just gotten worse I’ve never seen anyone remove nails the way she did. I am in lots of pain and very unhappy with what she did.

Critical: QualityMy toe nail gel chipped off on the second day but when I called for them to fix it , they did right away along with two nails from my right hand, then 4 days later 3 nails fell off and it’s annoying to have to keep going and getting nail repaired , I didn’t get to enjoy my full set at all , I’m very upset and the thing is those nails fell of in my sleep , so they weren’t well made . The work is consistent, thorough, detailed and carefully executed. I had my nails done here for years and have recently returned for pedicures. I am very satisfied with the services provided and the kind owners of this business.
