Critical: QualityMy first two times I had good experiences despite a few things that I was able to overlook. Recently the service was horrible!! My nails look terrible, the lady was super rough and cut me multiple times. They tend to rush over your nails and are not the friendliest. Tammy is nice, but super rough and moves a little too fast. Also i was charged different prices each time for the EXACT same service . My first two times I had good experiences despite a few things that I was able to overlook. Recently the service was horrible!! My nails look terrible, the lady was super rough and cut me multiple times. They tend to rush over your nails and are not the friendliest. Tammy is nice, but super rough and moves a little too fast. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI’ve gotten my lashes done here several times, by Tammy. The service is usually always great. I had an issue once where they over charged my card $10 and didn’t refund it, said they’d give me $10 off next time. Today, she spilled glue in my head, and cut my hair. I spent $85 on my lashes which were beautiful, but she wasn’t even going to say she spilled glue in my hair! I lost a nice portion of hair. I’m very disappointed, for these reasons I will never go back! People should be valued, and treated accordingly. I’ve gotten my lashes done here several times, by Tammy. The service is usually always great. I had an issue once where they over charged my card $10 and didn’t refund it, said they’d give me $10 off next time. Today, she spilled glue in my head, and cut my hair.
