So I’ve been living in the Prosper area a little over a year and have been trying out different nail shops. I will say I’m a bit picky about the shape and thickness of my nails because I like a more natural look on my hands. My hands are very skinny and veiny, so it makes a big difference if the nail is too thick or not shaped correctly. I have been going to this nail shop for just my pedicures because Vanessa does such a great job and she caters to the way I request my feet to be done. So, I was in a rush one day and said I will try my nails. Honestly, the first time I got my nails done I was a bit disappointed (Not by her), but I communicated that to Mimi in a professional manner and she was very receptive and understanding. I explained what I wanted and she gave me a option to fix it or she will do my nails to my liking the next time I came, I came back 3 weeks later because of her professionalism. Now Ladies and Gents, when I tell you she did such an amazing job on my nails I am extremely happy with them. I even asked her to pick me a fall color and she did not disappoint!! My toes and nails match and I love them! I have found my new nail tech after a year being in Prosper. As for pricing, I think it typical pamper yourself pricing and she was really good with giving me pricing for whatever I added during the service. I definitely recommend and if you know you’re like me and picky, just communicate. Mimi was very understanding and didn’t make me feel like a burden! Thank you Mimi and Vanessa, I will see you guys in 3 weeks

By far the best set of nails i’ve had. They even got the crooked finger nail to be straight. Definitely will be making this my go to nail salon. I went in for a pedicure less than a week ago. I received the worst pedicure. I wanted gel polish on my toes. During the pedicure she did not removed the dead skin with the tool and my feet still feel rough. The UV lamp was not working. She took off the top coat of polish which didn’t try all the way, reapplied the polish on top and got another lamp. I didn’t notice how blotchy and sloppy my toes were until I left. Three days later the gel polish chipped off my big toe! This place is too expensive for these type of results.

She did my nails good, during the drying period she asked my card to charge and she charged twice, I realized later I went to the shop and ask me to return my money back . The owner said their management got changed and she is the new owner. How will I get my money back now? They took $93 extra Manicure, Nail painting, Kids’ manicures
