My friend wanted me to book us pedicures at a nail salon. I saw this one had good reviews. We went there and got the deluxe pedicure. The women who did our nails did a great job and were very sweet. This place is horrendous. I showed up as soon as the salon opened and was seated immediately. I was made to feel like a burden when I showed a picture for reference of what I’d like done. They put my hands in a bowl of nail polish remover and left me there for 40 minutes while they promptly assisted other customers who also need their previous set removed. I sat there, hands burning, while three other women were assisted before I got up to wash my hands and leave. My hands are sore and my feelings are hurt. What was so terrible about me that I didn’t deserve great service like the other women had received? I will never return and I guess if you’re a heavy set woman just getting off the night shift and heavily tattooed don’t even try to pamper yourself. You’ll be treated like garbage.

Been coming here for almost a year (get my nails done every 3-4 weeks) and I’m so happy with this place! Tracy and Joe do an **incredible** job and Kelly always takes care of her customers. The one time I was really unhappy with how my nails came out, they were super quick to resolve the issue and re-do them for me. I can also tell there are lots of regulars that come there – they will recognize you when you come in which was surprising to me! I typically have dip done on my fingers nails and I’ve had one pedicure done there, so that’s all I can speak on, but everyone always seems happy when they leave!

I usually only leave reviews if they are positive, however, I feel the need to give others a heads up. I went to La Vie for a fill and to replace a broken nail. There were only two other customers when I arrived so I had to only wait a couple of minutes. After I sat down, I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted. She said she could do that then asked me multiple questions about the shape

I showed up an hour before close on a busy weekend, while I told the staff I would be happy to return the next day they were insistent I be taken care of. Kelly did my full set and nail art beautifully and stayed an hour after close to ensure they were done to perfection for me. She made me feel very welcome and took great care of me. It was the first time I had gotten my nails done in several years and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The nails lasted longer than any other set I’ve had and the quality was top notch. Walked in about 12:30pm with no appointment. Quiet atmosphere, hard to understand the nail techs when I walked in. I couldn’t sign in to get points because the screen on the iPad just kept saying “loading.”
