One star is being kind. The older gentleman did a horrible job on my manicure. He rushed and was rude. I had to ask to have the gel removed and replaced and I still received subpar service. The younger gentleman checked me out and was laughing at the way my manicure turned out. It was hard to communicate and my business was obviously not appreciated. The entire staff is rude and seriously lack customer service skill. I will never return and I suggest, if you’re reading this, that you go somewhere else. These places are a dime a dozen, find one worth your money.
