Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here because I saw someone who had a particular nail color scheme, and I wanted it exactly, so I asked where she got hers – it was here. I arrived, and was promptly greeted, and then seated with a nail tech. I was so lucky, because the nail tech I got was “B,” who, if you read other reviews, gets great reviews here. I showed him what I wanted (a 5 color rainbow nail) and he was SO attentive to detail, even switching colors if they didn’t look quite right. The nails are nice and thin, not overly thick. NEVER did I feel rushed or like he just wanted me out of there, like I have in every other salon. He even wrote down the numbers for me so I could get the exact same thing for my daughter. I will definitely be coming back here, the experience was just so positive! I haven’t experienced any of the other techs, and I will be requesting “B” when I come back again! (and PS. I went here because I saw someone who had a particular nail color scheme, and I wanted it exactly, so I asked where she got hers – it was here. I arrived, and was promptly greeted, and then seated with a nail tech. I was so lucky, because the nail tech I got was “B,” who, if you read other reviews, gets great reviews here. I give this shop five stars because they have earned it they are one of the best I have found and I’ve been doing my nails for many years 15 maybe plus years and this shop truly honestly takes care of you did do the lotion with your hands hot towels no extra charge very friendly prices are right right on absolutely much better than any shop I’ve ever been to not going to lie about that at all it is a very awesome shot clean-cut and to the point and they do it all right there so I highly recommend this shop for your nails toes eyebrows eyelashes to all of the above I hope this helps them and it’s got great parking

The service is great don’t get me wrong but 2 friends of mine got their nails done while I was there. The service was very rough with their nails and even cut my friend 2 times and acted like it was nothing. Not all the workers are rough but 2 of them are. The nails don’t even look all that good. There are dents and chips off The nails everywhere and the paint job was not the greatest with leaving the whole side of the sides not painted. I mean it wasn’t the worst experience and I’ll most likely go back but I will end up saying something.

They do their best to provide good service and give you what you want. I don’t like that they have a list of the things they do, but don’t actually provide those services at this location. I am closer to the Bentleyville location, so I will likely go to that one for a simple fill. But if you want lash extensions, a set or a fill, you have to trek to the Monongahela location. A miscommunication about this cost me a lot of time and aggravation.
